This family-run, 2-star hotel restaurant is located in the heart of the famous beer-brewing town of Bitburg, in the Eifel district of the Rhineland-Palatinate. The Hotel-Restaurant Louis Müller enjoys a tradition of hospitality dating back 5 generations, and consists of 2 historic buildings which are just a few hundred metres apart. In addition to the main hotel and restaurant, there is an out-building and the Casa Luiz tapas bar directly opposite the famous brewery. Relax and dine in the cosy Bierstube (beer lounge), and try some local Eifel dishes. A popular highlight is the in-house butcher’s and its sausage and ham specialities. The Hotel Louis Müller is an ideal place to stay for business or leisure travellers in the Eifel district. You can go cycling in the beautiful local countryside, visit Lüneberg zoo, or make convenient day-trips to Trier – Germany’s oldest city – or Luxembourg.

The main restaurant serves hot food from 11:30 until 21:30, but you can linger here and relax with a drink until 01:00.

Room information

The rooms in the main building are all located within the pedestrian zone, and were extensively renovated in 2005. The out-house is located near the historic Roman wall, and offers spacious and modern rooms.
