The hotel is located in direct proximity of the Medical School amidst a garden surrounding. The house was built in 1993. The wooden building features a pleasant atmosphere. The city centre, the main station, the airport of Magdeburg as well as the Ministries of Saxony-Anhalt can be reached within just five minutes by car or ten minutes by tram. There is a direct connection to the city motorway, leading to the federal motorways A2 (Hanover - Berlin) and A14 (Magdeburg - Halle - Leipzig – Dresden). A modern sports centre is only 500 meters away.
