Area information

Located in the city centre, we are just a 4-minute walk from the railway station. From here, it takes 20 minutes to reach Cologne, 15 minutes to reach the Cologne/Bonn airport, 15 minutes to reach Bonn and 18 minutes to reach the Cologne exhibition grounds. The hotel is therefore the ideal base for a variety of activities. The Benedictine Abbey, which was converted from a castle in 1060, is the landmark of Siegburg, and is visible from quite a distance. Here you find the renowned Anno Shrine which was created by the goldsmith Nikolaus von Verdun in 1183. Nikolaus von Verdun is also known for having created the Shrine of the Three Kings in Cologne cathedral. Just 100 metres away you find the Siegburg shopping area, whose attractive layout even attracts visitors from Bonn. You will find a fitness center approx. 200 metres away from the hotel.

By car: From Cologne: - Follow signs to the A59. Stay on the A59 until the signs to the airport. - At the triangle Sankt Augustin turn onto the A560 towards Siegburg and take the exit Siegburg-Mülldorf. - From there continue for about 1 km on the main street until Mühlenstraße where you will find the hotel on the right-hand side. From the South: - Coming from Austria/Switzerland/France, drive via the A3 from Frankfurt towards Cologne until crossing Bonn/Siegburg. - From there take the A560 until exit Siegburg-Mülldorf. - Drive towards the city centre for about 1 km. Then as above. From South-West: - Coming from France/ Luxemburg/ Bonn, drive on the A61 from Koblenz towards Bonn until crossing Meckenheim. - From there turn onto A565 towards Bonn until crossing Sankt Augustin. - Turn onto A560 towards Siegburg until exit Siegburg-Mülldorf; from there drive towards the city centre. Then as above.

From Cologne: Exit the A3 motorway at Lohmar and continue on route B484. Follow the route (Johannesstraße), then turn left onto the Theodor-Heuss-Straße. Turn right onto the Cecilienstraße. Turn left immediately and continue on the Kaiserstraße. Turn right into the Burggasse. Turn left into the Sternengasse (Orestiadastraße). Type Burggasse into your car’s navigation system. From Siegburg’s railway station: Take bus 502 for Blüchstraße, bus 509 for Lindenstraße, or bus 510 for Seligenthal. Descend at Markt/Ringstraße.
