Siófok is the greatest town on Balatons’ southern shore. It is famous for its long beaches and vivid nightlife. The hotel inherited its unique look from the historic past of the building with the help of the designer of the reconstruction. The hotel was renewed from a building, which used to give home an old Lutheran chapel and a former school. The famous Hungarian architect, Makovecz Imre - who designed several churches and the Hungarian pavilion at the 1992 Seville World Exhibition - made the drafting up. The building is a unique example of the organic style architecture connected to the early twentieth century but preserves its old characters.
